Products and orders

Our products are made to order. Please review product details, sizing, colors, quantities, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

We aim to display products accurately. Colors may vary between screens, and small differences in print placement or appearance may occur during production. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Pricing and availability

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change. Changes do not apply retroactively to accepted orders.

If an error or availability issue affects your order, we’ll contact you to explain the issue and available options. If we cannot fulfill an order, we’ll refund any payment collected for the affected items.

Production and delivery

We use third-party production and shipping partners, including Printful. Please review our Shipping Policy for production and delivery information and our Return and Refund Policy for order issues.

Custom designs and group orders

When submitting artwork, logos, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. You authorize us and our production partners to use those materials as necessary to provide the services and products you request.

Design approvals, revision limits, deadlines, and any additional project terms will be provided separately. Group members’ purchases remain subject to our store policies.

Content owned by They Call Me Doc may not be reproduced or sold without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy and applicable rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
